I have been visiting Sally for the last 2 years and she has helped me stay injury free. I cycle and have used sports massage as a regular part of my training for many years now. I’m always throwing up something new each time I visit, whether it’s to free up my back, relieve tension in my neck, or flush out my legs, her knowledge and massage techniques are excellent, she helps me recover after training.
